There is a $15 application fee to apply for a mortgage. If your credit score is below 620, you are not eligible to apply.

Your payments can be paid monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or semi-monthly. You can choose automatic transfers from your checking or savings account on the 15th of each month or just mail your payments.

We also offer Credit Life and Disability Insurance with reasonable premiums and GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) Insurance.
